  • I forgot the pin code for my fuel card, what now?

    Did you forget the pin code for your fuel card? That is unfortunate! Please contact us by telephone or email, so we can request a new pin code for you as soon as possible.   

    Did you enter the wrong pin code three times in a row?
    Your fuel card will be blocked for twenty-four hours. The block will be lifted after twenty-four hours, so you can use your fuel card again with the same pin code as before.

    Tip: If you paid fuel costs out of your own account, you can claim these costs by filling out the claim form.

  • Does my lease agreement include free visits to a car wash?

    Although a standard lease agreement comes with all kinds of perks, free visits to a car wash are not included. If your employer decides that you may claim the costs of your car wash visits, the MTC fuel card comes in handy. When applying for this fuel card, your employer can specify if you may visit a car wash and if you can refuel in the Netherlands and abroad.

    How does payment work?
    The costs of your car wash visits and your fuel will be billed simultaneously every quarter by DirectLease.

  • How can I claim fuel costs?

    To claim fuel costs, you can download the claim form. After completing the form, you can send it via email to crediteuren.hengelo@directlease.nl

    When will I receive the reimbursement?
    We will deposit the claimed amount into your bank account within fourteen working days.

    Filling out the claim form
    When filling out the claim form, please remember to:

      • Include the licence plate number of your lease vehicle
      • Fill out your full IBAN number
      • Include all receipts
      • DirectLease cannot claim the VAT on the fuel receipts
      • Your employer must sign the form

    Note: You can only claim fuel costs if this is included in your lease agreement.

  • Can I use a MultiTankCard with DKV to refuel abroad?

    You can use the MultiTankCard / DKV card to refuel at any affiliated gas station in the Netherlands and at DKV-affiliated gas stations abroad. You can recognise DKV-affiliated gas stations by looking for the DKV logo. 

    Tip: The card specifies which magnetic strip to use in the Netherlands and which one to use abroad.

  • Can I use my MultiTankCard abroad?

    Do you have an MTC card with DKV? If so, you can also use this card to refuel abroad. Look for the DKV logo and the two magnetic strips on your card.

    Can I pay for oil with my fuel card?

    Besides gasoline and diesel, you can also get oil with your MTC card. If you find that your lease vehicle requires a lot of oil, you are advised to visit to a workshop to have your vehicle checked out.
