To claim fuel costs, you can download the claim form. After completing the form, you can send it via email to crediteuren.hengelo@directlease.nl
When will I receive the reimbursement?
We will deposit the claimed amount into your bank account within fourteen working days.
Filling out the claim form
When filling out the claim form, please remember to:

- Include the licence plate number of your lease vehicle
- Fill out your full IBAN number
- Include all receipts
- DirectLease cannot claim the VAT on the fuel receipts
- Your employer must sign the form
Note: You can only claim fuel costs if this is included in your lease agreement.
