If your bike has mechanical or electrical issues, your first point of contact should be the support team of the bike manufacturer. If they are unable to help, or if you're facing other issues, you can reach out to our Mobile Service Partner.

Who performs maintenance on the leased bike?
For service and repairs, you can contact or visit the dealer who delivered your bike. Have you moved and now live too far from your original dealer? No problem — simply choose another participating dealer near your new location.
During your lease contract, you are required to complete three maintenance check-ups:
The first check-up must take place within 2 to 4 months
The second check-up should be done within 12 to 14 months
The third check-up is scheduled for 24 to 26 months
These maintenance appointments help keep your bike in top condition throughout the lease period.
