  • I forgot the PIN code of my fuel card, what should I do?

    If you forgot the PIN code of your fuel card, no worries. Please contact us by phone or email, and we will request a new PIN code for you as soon as possible.

    Did you enter the wrong PIN three times?
    Then the fuel card will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours. After this period, the block will automatically be lifted, and you can use the card again with the current PIN.

    Tip: If you had to pay fuel costs out of pocket, you can claim them using the reimbursement form.

  • Is a free car wash included in the lease contract?

    A standard lease contract includes many features, but unfortunately, a free car wash is not one of them. If your employer allows you to claim car wash expenses, the MTC fuel card can be used for this purpose. When applying for the card, the employer can specify whether you are permitted to use car wash services and whether refueling is allowed within the Netherlands or also abroad.

    How does billing work?
    Car wash and fuel costs are billed quarterly by DirectLease.

  • Can I refuel abroad with a MultiTankcard that includes DKV coverage?

    Yes! With the MultiTankcard / DKV card, you can refuel on account at all participating stations in the Netherlands, and at DKV partner stations abroad. These stations can be recognised by the DKV logo.

    Tip:
    The card shows which magnetic strip to use in the Netherlands and which one to use abroad.

  • Can I use my MultiTankcard abroad?

    Do you have an MTC card with DKV coverage? Then yes – you can use it to refuel abroad too.

    You’ll recognize this card by the DKV logo and the two magnetic strips.
