What is the expected delivery date of my lease car?

Once we order your lease car from the dealer, we’ll receive a delivery date. As soon as we have it, we’ll let you know.

If the delivery date changes, we’ll contact you right away.

How long does it take before the order is placed with the dealer?

Have you configured a lease vehicle and placed your order? Once that's done, we will review your company's financial records to assess its creditworthiness. If everything checks out, we’ll send you the order form along with the general terms and conditions.

Ordering the car
As soon as we receive the signed order form and terms and conditions, we’ll place the order with the dealer.

Do you offer temporary cars before my lease car arrives?

Yes, we do! When you sign a lease contract with us, we can arrange a temporary car for you.

A temporary car (also known as an interim or pre-delivery car) is a vehicle we can deliver quickly, so you’ll have something to drive while you wait for your lease car.

There’s a one-time transport fee of €110. All temporary cars come with all-season tyres as standard.
