  • What is included in the monthly Fietslease payment?

    The monthly lease payment for Fietslease covers the following components:

    • Depreciation and interest

    • Routine maintenance

    • Repairs

    • Tire replacement

    • Comprehensive (casco) insurance

    • Personal accident insurance

    • Legal assistance insurance

    • 24/7 roadside assistance

  • Can the contract be terminated early?

    Na het eerste jaar is het contract tussentijds opzegbaar met een opzegtermijn van twee maanden. Indien de fiets voortijdig wordt ingeleverd dan is de vergoeding die wij hiervoor rekenen 40% van de resterende leasetermijnen.

  • What happens at the end of the lease contract with the bicycle?

    At the end of the lease contract, the bicycle can be purchased for 15% of the original retail price. If the option to buy is not used, the bicycle will be collected.

  • My employee is leaving the company, what happens to the lease contract?

    If an employee leaves the company, there are three options:

    1. You inform DirectLease that another employee will take over the leased bike

    2. You allow the departing employee to take the bike to their new employer

    3. You choose to terminate the lease contract

    If you choose to terminate the contract, an early termination fee will be charged by DirectLease to you as the employer. These conditions are outlined in the bike lease agreement. Additionally, the employee will receive an optional buyout offer from Hellorider, allowing them to take ownership of the bike.
