Does the lease price include replacement transport?
Replacement transport is an optional clause in your lease agreement. If your agreement includes replacement transport, you are entitled to a replacement vehicle if your own vehicle's repairs or maintenance will take longer than twenty-four hours. For replacement vehicles, we distinguish between a budget option and a deluxe option.
- Budget: the replacement vehicle is a small car (Volkswagen Up class).
- Deluxe: the replacement vehicle is no more than one class lower than your own lease vehicle.
Note: if you require replacement transport and this is not included in your lease agreement, the resulting costs will be charged to the contracting party.

Our lease prices are all-inclusive. The lease amount covers:

Third-party liability and comprehensive insurance (All-Risk), with €0 excess for liability per incident
Personal accident insurance (coverage applies only to the number of seatbelt-equipped seats, as listed on the registration card)
Road tax (vehicle ownership tax)
24/7 roadside assistance for breakdowns or damage in the Netherlands and abroad (with optional replacement vehicle)
24/7 telephone support

In practice, the only thing left for you to do is refuel or charge the vehicle. This too can be included in your lease amount by adding a fuel advance option.

Is the ‘incl. fuel’ amount truly all-inclusive, or is there a later adjustment?
The ‘incl. fuel’ amount includes an advance payment for fuel. This advance is calculated based on the official factory consumption figures and the annual mileage. The fuel advance is charged monthly along with the lease installment.
Every quarter, the advance payments are settled against the actual fuel costs.
