Are additional services such as navigation updates or connected services included with my lease car?
Some cars come with extra services, such as navigation updates, connected services, or other digital subscriptions. These are often included free of charge by the manufacturer during the first year after delivery. After that period, the costs are your own responsibility.
Do I have to pay to extend these services?
Yes. If a service expires and you would like to continue using it, you will need to cover the costs yourself. This is separate from your lease contract with DirectLease.Where can I extend or cancel these services?
You can arrange this directly with the dealer. In many cases, it can also be managed online through the brand’s website or app.Questions?

Our company is relocating. What information do you need?
To ensure that all mail arrives at the correct address, please provide the following details when notifying us of your company’s relocation:
The name of your company
The new address and city of your new business location

Can I include run-flat winter tyres in my contract?
Yes, you can. At the moment, this option isn’t available through our website – but our Sales team can create a custom quote for you.

What is included in the lease contract?
DirectLease only offers full operational lease contracts. The following is always included in our lease agreements:
- Interest and depreciation
- Full repairs and maintenance (including interim refills of engine oil and coolant)
- Liability and comprehensive insurance (All Risk), with a liability deductible of €0 per incident
- Personal accident insurance for occupants (based on the number of seats listed on the vehicle registration)
- Road tax (HSB)
- 24/7 roadside assistance in the Netherlands and abroad (optional replacement vehicle available)
- 24/7 phone support

Can I lease a car without fuel included?
Yes, that’s definitely possible. On our website, lease prices are shown both with and without fuel.

What does the winter tyre arrangement include?
None
The car comes with standard summer tyres.Winter tyres
These tyres are ideal for winter conditions. Storage and seasonal changes are taken care of for you. You’re entitled to 6 winter tyres throughout the lease contract.All-season tyres
As the name suggests, these tyres are suitable for all seasons. They carry the M+S logo, which means they’re approved for use in countries like Germany.
