What’s needed for financial approval / credit check?

When starting a business lease contract, we carry out a credit check. For this, we request a report from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). If needed, we’ll also request a report from Graydon.

If the required company info (like annual figures) is available, approval can usually be completed within 1–2 working days.

Do you run a sole proprietorship, partnership (VOF) or another type of business that doesn’t file financials with the KvK? Then we’ll ask you to send us your annual figures directly.
