When an employee leaves your organisation, there are three options:

- you inform us (DirectLease) that another employee will be using the lease bicycle;
- you inform us that your employee can bring their bicycle with them to their new employer;
- you inform us that you wish to terminate the lease agreement.
If you choose the latter option, DirectLease will charge you as the employer a fee for the premature termination of the lease agreement. These terms are included in the bicycle lease scheme. Additionally, the employee will receive a purchase offer for their lease bicycle from Hellorider, so they can purchase their bicycle if they want.
