  • Our business is relocating; what information do you need?

    To ensure our mail is sent to the right address when your company is relocating, it is important to inform us about:

      • The name of your company.
      • Your company's new address and city.

  • I am moving; what information do you need?

    If you are moving, please send an email to info@directlease.nl with the following information: 

      • Your first name and surname
      • Your new address and city
      • Your lease vehicle's licence plate number

    We will make sure our mail is sent to your new address.

  • Can I include run flat winter tyres in my lease agreement?

    Yes, you can, although this option is currently not available on our website. Contact our Sales department for a tailor-made offer. Is this something you are interested in? Our team is happy to help!

  • What is included in the lease agreement?

    DirectLease only offers Full Operational Lease agreements. By default, our lease agreement includes:

    • - Interest and depreciation
    • - Full repair and maintenance (e.g. refilling engine oil and coolant)
    • - Liability + hull insurance (All Risk) with a liability insurance deductible of €0 per event
    • - Personal accident insurance (based on the number of belted seats in the vehicle (see the registration certificate))
    • - Road tax (HSB)
    • - 24-hour (inter)national breakdown and damage service (with optional replacement transport)
    • - 24-hour availability by phone

  • Is it possible to lease exclusive of fuel costs?

    Yes, that is definitely possible. The lease prices on our website are listed both inclusive and exclusive of fuel costs.

  • What does the winter tyre scheme entail?

    This is where you can indicate your preferred tyres. What tyre scheme will you choose?

    • None: the vehicle comes with summer tyres.
    • Winter tyres: these tyres are exceptionally well suited to driving in winter conditions. We will handle the storage and exchange of tyres for you. During the contract period of your lease agreement, you are entitled to six winter tyres.
    • All-season tyres: as their name implies, these tyres are suited to all seasons. They feature an M+S logo, which means they can be used to drive in e.g. Germany. Note: if you choose this option, your vehicle's tyres will not be changed when the season changes.
